Military

St. Paul Brass and Aluminum Foundry has extensive knowledge and experience in land and maritime weapons systems and platforms. We have been making military castings since prior to World War II. We produce castings for some of the most advanced weapons systems in use by our armed forces today.

In the mid 1990s, the Department of Defense mandated that military vendor qualifications specifications be replaced by commercial standards whenever feasible. MIL-Q9858A and MIL-I-45208 were canceled without replacement in October 1996. ISO 9000 is the recommended contractor quality system certification.

St. Paul Brass and Aluminum Foundry is registered to ISO 9001:2000 for the manufacture of brass, bronze and aluminum castings. We are one of only handful of full service non-ferrous foundries in the United States to be registered to this exacting standard.

Our castings are in use today by the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard. We have letters of recommendation on file.
