Greensand is a clay and water bonded sand process. We have
squeeze mold and roto-lift for large-flask, medium-volume castings.
Our Hunter HMP-10 automatic molding machine is capable of
making up to 180 molds per hour. The two tier pouring and cooling turntable
automates jacketing and weighting, controls cooling time, reduces labor and
injuries, and improves consistency.
